OrCAD Capture CIS 17.2 part propertier can't edit

I have installed OrCAD 17.2 on my PC,but when i make a part i found the "part properties"can't be edit!

You have part properties open in the right column

Honestly, I do not know. I tried to find a way to disable it, but could not find anything.

maybe its about the version of OrCAD,I have installed the update package(Hotfix_SPB17.20.052_wint_1of1.exe)
