Cannnot assign a PCB footprint to a schematic symbol

I am learning OrCAD using your youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b8arWWrMGXA&t=1647s

First of all, this is a great video for beginners. THANK YOU Robert.

I met a problem: I cannot assign the pcb footprint to a schematic symbol. If I double click the component in library, then go to "Package properties" under "Options". However, the "Package properties" is in gray that is not available.

I am using Allegro PCB designer.

Any ideas? Thank you very much.

I am not sure, but maybe some OrCAD versions have these properties in the right column? When you are working in OrCAD, do you have right column? I can not see it in the screenshot.

Yes. I found the part properties side bar on the right side of the window. Problem is solved. Thank you!!
