Is there any way to copy all routing and placements between boards?

Hello sir right now i am working on ddr3 board design(new design) , i have evolution board design file and the question is, Is there any way to copy all routing and placements from this evolution design to my design .

Try Export -> Clipboard .... Select everything you would like to copy .... Click where you would like to hold the import .... Save the clipboard (into your project directory). Then go into your board -> Import -> Clipboard and you should see it listed there ... select it ... Press OK .... Click where you would like to place it.
