Problem with skill in PCB Editor

I have some skill for PCB 16.6. Before, i used it but now i reinstall and receive one message as follow

E- *Error* axlFormDisplay: argument #1 should be any user-defined (other) type (type template = "o") - nil

Hmm, I am not sure what the problem could be.

Probably already fixed, but I assume after reinstal you doesn't have set the "form" path or if set correctly you doesn't copy the *.form file...
