Copy creates pastemask pin on bottom and not top layer

Hi Robert

I have tried to create a dra file named : " L32_5x5B " in my project.
To create a GND pad with pin number 33, I used copy command and copied already existing pin.

The issue is that this creates a pastemask pin on bottom layer. I want it to be on top layer.
I have attached my project files in this post. Could you please have a look into this.

In the course, search for "move layer". Basically, In Allegro, right click on the object -> Change class/subclass -> BOARD GEOMETRY -> SOLDERMASK_TOP
