Finding NMOS 0.5u technology

Thank you for posting videos on youtube..Enjoying your video titled 'Starting with Orcad and allegro pcb.' I had been looking for how to create a library for NMOS or PMOS 0.5um technology and simulate a CMOS Two Stage opamp using Orcad Cadence Capture.If you have any information like tutorials or videos please share with me. I am having a problem finding this model
