"Save part as" in orcad 17.4 Problem

Double click on the part ,select file menu ,save as ....


it brings save lib as and i can not find save part as .


help please

I have found another way for this problem in orcad 17.4
and i use it.

i follow these steps

1-Create default components with all parameters / properties required for the BOM (like description , supplier part number, manufacturer,..SCHChechecked ,....) with initial default values ('0' for numbers,'-' for text ,....)

2-save it as _DEF_.

before creating any new component

3-right click on _DEF_ and copy.
4-rename _DEF_ to _DEF_1
5-right click on lib and paste.

now you have two components _DEF_ and _DEF_1 .

6-rename the _DEF_1 to new component and continue.


i think it is a good alternative way . with all default initial properties/parameters are set to empty or '0' or '-'.,the possibility of entering previous values is also eliminated.
