SPDLinks.exe not working

Hello all,
With respect to the above subject:
I am facing this error while opening SPDLinks.exe executable. I want to convert a .brd file to .spd file for SI analysis, but the executable fails to open.
The following error message appears when I try to open.
"The code execution cannot proceed because cdsCommon64.dll was not
found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"
My system configuration.
OS: Win10
S/W: 17.4-2019 P001 [10/7/2019] Windows SPB 64-bit Edition
Let me know if anyone can provide a solution to this.
I am also attaching the .brd file with DC power nets assigned. Please convert the file to .spd and send it to me. It is available in the attached shared link.

Hi @GeoKnight, I really do not know. The best would be maybe ask on Cadence forum? Possibly, does it work with a different board?
