creating fanout for BGA package

How to create fanout for BGA chip allegro PCB editor 16.6. I tried as per video uploaded in you tube it is not generating. please tell the procedure to create fanout for BGA.

PS: there is nothing special about doing fanout in Allegro - it would be similar as doing fanout in any other CAD software
