I want to create a foorprint for CAMAC module. The fingers should come top and bottom side of the PCB. Total number of pins is 86. Top layer 43 pins and bottom layer 43 pins.

you can create it is as a standard smd component with pins on top and bottom, draw some guide lines on mechanical layers and when placed into your PCB, place the footprint on the edge of your PCB (use the guide lines to align it with your PCB edge).

Thanks for your reply. The pin numbers are different for top and bottom. suppose the top pin 1 means bottom pin is 44. If we create pad in pad stack it will generate a single pin of top and
bottom. But the top and bottom pin numbers are different. In this case how to generate a SMD finger both top and bottom with different pin numbers.

they are individual pins, one placed on the top, one on the bottom

Create different pin for TOP and BOTTOM defined pads. For TOP PIN assign SMD pad in TOP layer only. For BOTTOM PIN assign PAD in BOTTOM layer only.
