Hello,
With Cadence CIS, when creationg my component I fill the part manager like this (because Option => par manager is grayed)
But When I double click on the part within the schematic I have not the properties :
And even with BOM export that was not to working :
To resolve this I just made a copy of the component and delete the old one and cleanup the cache. Now it works :
