Intertool communication between Capture CIS and PCB Editor in 17.4 Version

Hi sir,
I enabled intertool communication in Capture CIS. and I am unable the select the component in pcb editor after selecting the component in capture CIS in 17.4. is there any other setting need to fix. Can you please help me on this.
