Cadance CIS capture hierarchical block

Hi team, I am working on a design having hierarchical blocks using Cadance CIS capture 17.2. Here we have 4 identical blocks have one SoC and its peripherals. But we are facing issue in layout. Our current plan is to completing one section and create the module in the layout but we are facing issues while creating the module in layout. Please suggest any idea on the same.
