In schematic, go to the specific location to find out what symbols are making this problem. These symbols will be probably placed off the standard grid - it usually means:
- when the symbol was placed into the schematic, a non standard grid was used
- or when the symbol was created, a non standard grid was used
When symbols are created or placed, ideally you may want to use grid 100mils by 100mils (or possbily 50mils by 50mils in schematic).
You may need to re-draw the symbols or move the symbols.
