L5 - Advanced PCB Design Course - DRC

Hello guys,
I am trying to turn off DRC and reposition some resistor by hand (not using Reposition Selected Components Tool). I turned off Online DRC in Preferences and I deselected all online checking in Tools-> DRC. I cannot move components and I have to right click on component and make changes to coordinates (x,y) by hand.
It is really annoying.

Try to click on "Clear" button (in PCB Panel) .... that usually helps when you can do nothing with objects in PCB.

Tried. Still not good. I moved components by right click on component, then change component coordinates. It works that way. It happened to me once, but I cannot remember how I solved it.

I know what it is. Preferences -> Interactive Routing-> Component Pushing (Ignore).
