Fr4 dielectric or hybrid?

I am curious if you people used fr4 dielectric or hybrid dielectric in Imx6 rex? If hybrid then can you please mention the substrate of each layer? Thanks in advance.

I am talking about the following stackup:

Here different dielectrics contant values i.e. 4.6 and 4.12. I wonder if all the dielectrics are Fr4 or you used other than Fr4 i.e. Rogers etc. Please let me know that. I will really greatful to you.
