Difference between stackup on iMX6 Rex design

I noticed a discrepancy in the files from the I.mx6 design.
In the design files the stack up has 1oz copper for the top 3 and the bottom 3 layers but the pcb manufacturing file the iMX6 Rex module stack up jpg it shows half ounce copper. Which stack up was actually used in manufacturing?

Depends on specific PCB manufacturer. The stackup in PDF was used for the first series.
