board openRex and uboot

Hello,

I have just ordered a openRex board max in VOIPAC website.
I want to know if it is already preflashed with all the firmware(uboot, linux, rootfs)? if it is the case where ?in SDCard or flashed in SPI flash?
For the uboot source code, which one is stable for the openrex board? openrex-u-boot-2009.08 or openrex-uboot-v2015.10?

I believe, VOIPAC will send OpenRex with uBoot in SPI and Linux + rootfs on SD card. I am not sure about the exact software version as they usually keep updating the software by themselves - the best would be ask directly at VOIPAC.
