Micron keeps changing silicon revision number. So just find the next generation.
PS: When you are changing memories, you may want to test the boards before you buy large quantities.

  • Alternative part for the obsolete MT41J256M16HA-125:E DDR memory

    Hi,

We are designing a custom board using Openrex as reference. We could find that the DDR3 memory part MT41J256M16HA-125:E is obsolete now.
Can you please let know the alternative part that is used now ?

Some alternates that we found are
    MT41J256M16LY-091G
    IS43TR16256A-125KBL(I)

    Please let me know.

    Thanks
