Hi,

I just wanted to know during board bring up procedure of imx6 module , how to debug the connections on board(processor along with DDR3)with JTAG debugger ?

How to test the boards using boundary scanning.

Once I played with an idea of testing boards during production through JTAG - I do not remember how it was done, but I do remember that it was not easy and much simplier solution was just to boot up the board.

Or what is your goal?
