    In Address Line we used Micro via From L1 to L2 and L2 to L3,but why we not used via from L1 to L3?

      Pure guessing here, but maybe splitting the reference ground plane?

      You should try to avoid routing or having voids on reference planes, because that might affect the signal integrity of hight speed signals running above them. This happens in the case when return currents cannot travel directly under the high speed signal because of void in the reference plane.
