I was trying to use the import wizard, but I wasn't finding a library for Altium to use. I'm trying to edit the files and then be able to order parts to make a few boards.

What I have done so far: I contacted Altium and they helped me to bring in Supplier info for most of the parts. In the ActiveBOM tool under Properties>Supply Chain>Manufacturer Link>Edit. I put in Manuf_1 for Manufacturer Name parameter and Manuf_Part_1 for Manufacturer Part No parameter. This brought in Supplier information for most parts.

I agree. There is a .pcb under the Cadstar folder inside that zip folder.

Maybe because there is no PCB? You can use Design -> Make Schematic Library, that looks like it works

Unable to Make an Integrated Library

I was watching your video: Altium - How to Create Library from Existing Project. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9EdgZ9XaWbU. I wanted to be able to do the same thing with a file from ST Microelectronics. The zip folder can be found under schematics on this web page. https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en....html#resource My problem is it seems like nothing happens when I click Make Integrated Library. Thank you for your help.
