Standard Capacitor/resistor SMD footprint dimensions

Hi there,

I am building my footprint library and I want to generate all the standard smd footprint for generic capacitor and resistors (0201,0 0603 and also on...).
I have seen that different manufacturers specify slightly different dimensions, I had a look into the IPC standard, but aside naming convention I haven't found any standard dimensions.
Is there an official reference to build the perfect golden 0603 smd capacitor footprint?

I am planning to make a video about this ... currently I bought some credit on http://www.pcblibraries.com/ as that was the only place where I was able to found pads following new recommendations from IPC-7351C (most other wizards and libraries what I had a look at only used square pads). I am not interested to buy all the documents about the standards as I do not have time to study it, I just wanted a quick solution .. that's why I am trying the PCB Libraries.

Looks like pcblibraries.com should not be expensive, $1 USD for existing footprint, 5 - 7USD if you need a custom footprint.

here another library where find ready footprints, they declare that are IPC 7351 comply (https://www.samacsys.com/pcb-library-standards/). THere is an add-on to integrate the database with your altium https://www.samacsys.com/tag/altium-libraries/
