Pcb component selection

HELLO FEDEVEL FAMILY;

I can draw circuits with an example. But when I want to draw a circuit from scratch, I can't do it.So I need help. How can I select resistor value,capasitor value,transistor value etc. in my own design? Please help me. I really want to learn.
