About Generate Assembly Drawing

Hello Everyone,

When I want to get assembly drawing output for 5V Variant, this document is not true. For example, JP2 must be not fitted in the document but It fitting in the document right now. Does anyone know how can I fix it?

There are bugs in variants & pdf ... and also different altium behaves differently.
