It looks like Eagle... And it looks like multiple pcb pin numbers for one schematic pin (2&33 for vcc and 1&56 for gnd) so you don't need to connect them individually in schematic... -
What CAD system is this? And what is this chip? In some datasheets, for example they do not include much information about Exposed pad or some additional pads which are needed to hold footprint in place. But you still may need to add these pins into your symbol, because these will be physical pads in footprint.

Unknow pin number
Hello Everyone, I hope you are okay. We have a big problem with COVID-19, please be careful about your health.
My question is simple. If I looked at the reference schematic there are two pins which datasheet haven't pinned. What does it names? How can I design these pin?
