I want to design an IMU sensor on Altium but I don't know how to design a VFLGA footprint. If Does anyone know that, please give me an answer.

Here you can download gerber files for evaluation board with this ic, you can copy pad shape and dimensions, soldermask openening.
Footprint - like for any other component - just put enough primitives to empty space with origin in the middle.
