Hello,

I am facing lot of difficulty finding 3D Step models for the parts. I generally search on 3dcontentcentral or on the company website but still facing lot of issues.
Do others also face the same when doing footprints of new components ?

It is now generally better ... I have not used 3dcontentcentral for a while. Many 3D models are available directly from digikey. Sometimes I use models generated from Footprint Wizard. Occasionally I buy footprint (they deliver it with 3d model: https://welldoneblog.fedevel.com/201...s-it-worth-it/ ). Also, have a look at Fusion 360 - that can help with 3d models (they have free version https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/personal )
