High Speed Routing

It may depend on board and application, but yes, I prefer to route inside of PCB. However I am careful about VIAs e.g. I may use uVIAs or buried VIAs to minimize VIA stub in tracks (if possible).

High Speed Routing
Robert.....just finished Lesson # 4 in "Advanced PCB Course" and granted I had to go through it fairly quickly. I was under the impression from the video that you are saying it's better to do high speed routing on the internal layers vs. TOP / BOTTOM layers, despite using VIA's....would this be a correct assumption?Tags: None
