PCB Editor alone crashing in Allegro 17.2

Sir,
I was not able to open PCB Editor in Allegro 17.2 but can able to open Capture. Whenever I open the PCB Editor got a popup message like the attached one. Kindly help me to solve the issue.

I am not really sure what is the problem. It should just work.

Hi,
after this occurs, the pcb file should be saved with *.sav expansion, e.g. design.sav. Try to change it to design.brd and you should be able to work with the board. First thing I usually do after such problem is running dbdoctor to get rid of errors that the file can have.
