Moving designator in PCB

I'm not able to move the name of the designators for me to re-arrange. I'm attaching a screenshot of my board. I'm using Altium 21. Please help me.

Make sure that Texts can be selected (in the properties panel):

I was messing with the options and I was able to figure it out. Thank you, anyway.
