Is it possible to make a sas 22pin female to m.2 nvme adapter?

Idk how to make pcb and stuff but just wanted to know if this kind of adapter is possible, because I need it to convert my sata 2.5 ssd to m.2 nvme and stick it in my laptop.

Have you searched for m.2 nvme specification? I am not expert for this, but I believe nvme is based on PCIE, so if it would be possible, than it would require a very specific chip ...
Also, what is the reason to do it? This adapter will never be faster than the SATA interface on your laptop. If you really would like to use the full performance of nvme it needs to be directly on your motherboard (or PCIE to m.2 nvme adapter can be used if you have PCIE available somewhere).
