Difficulties in Altium Routing

Hi,
Suddenly, after I create my board, there was an area that I can not access, route,e or even do anything with it, it seems like there is a room for the board or something and I didn't update it, I don't know.
Does anyone face the same problem?

What if you do Design / Net list / Clean all nets
or Design / Net list / clear all nets
And update from the schematic to the board again?
