I can't select components after I cross select and place them on PCB

Sorry for the picture. Here is what I'm currently working on. After I place components to the PCB using the cross select mode I can't select components and move them around. Once I place them to the PCB that's it they are stuck in that position. It only lets me select and move the bottom 2 components. Any ideas or help is appreciated.

Did you try press "Clear" button (located in bottom right corner)?
