Flex PCB

Hello everyone, I need to design a FLEX PCB but it needs to be JUST flex, not rigid-flex, is this possible?
If it is, can anyone explain to me how this is done or share with me any web sites or tutorials step by step to accomplish this goal?

I do not normally design flex, but when I did, it was exactly the same as designing a standard PCB, just materials were different (you describe the stackup / materials in your documentation). I also recommend to consult the stackup and manufacturing capabilities with your PCB flex manufacturer as there may be some limitations e.g. full polygon layers may need to be replaced with hashed layers.
