Silk to solder mask error?

Hello. I don't know what is the problem that triggers the infamous Silk to solder mask. Is it because the top overlay circle is in the same place as the pad? Should I modify the footprint? If so, how can I update it to the existing PCB footprint? (I made my own pcb library). Thanks a lot!

Yes, you are right. You need to interrupt the silk screen - do not draw silk on pads. Some manufacturers remove this, but if they don't, it will be hard to solder on the pad. You need to correct it in your footprint library.
