There's some types of pcb surface finish, but I dont understand well. For embedded hardware, which pcb surface finish is best choice? ENIG?

Basically it depends from this factor:
-Components technology and "pitch"
-Enviroment where PCB will work
-Lifetime for the PCB during stock period
