Cutomized Pad shapes.

I was trying to make a customized pad as shown in the figure. Here I have used a Polygon Pour to do that but I also need solder mask along with it which is not possible with polygon pour, I think. So if anyone can tell how to make this shape by using fill or any other method.

Sorted out...I select the whole region and use tools->convert>create region from selective primitives and then enable the solder mask expansion
