Too many Silk to Silk and Silk to Solder Mask violations

Ive been doing the Supply Voltage course at fedevel academy and in video 5 when I run the design rule check to verify my design I get so many errors called: Silk to Silk (Clearance) and Silk to Solder Mask (Clearance) which I don't understand why. I attach some pics about the issue!

You need to adjust the specific rules - default value is 0.254, change it to 0.1. Go to Design -> Rules -> Manufacturing and you will find them there.
