Design antennas in the PCB for RF/Bluetooth/WiFi

Hi

I am writing here because I think somebody can give me a good advice...

I have a very cheap Wireless/RF doorbell like the image. This is the button of the wireless doorbell. It works with a battery 12v A23




My question is:

- There is some tutorial on how to design antennas in the PCB like the photo for RF/Bluetooth/Wireless ???

What I normally do, I use PCB layout recommendation from datasheet of the chip or module. But maybe someone else can be more specific?
