So where is U3?
Use Ctrl-PgDn to zoom all.
Possibly your library is incorrect having one pin duplicated and way off (again ctrl-pgdn). -
I agree with qdrives You may need to go to the schematic symbol library and in the list of pins, double check if you do not have two same pins. You will need to delete one.
