Rasberry Pi IO Board Bug

Hello,
I design custom carrier board for Rasberry Pi 4 Comute Module. Orignal documentation give information about Pin Out. Pin number 76 is mark as Reserved. However in KiCad Schematic and PCB this pin is connectet to signal SD_DET. I am confused?

Since they've used in CM4 IO Board, i guess you can use those pins for card detection functionality.
