Regarding issues in net label

I have issue in net labelling. When i have update my project, some of the labels are disappear and error are generates. here i have attached images before and after updates.

I have never seen this .... it looks like all the netlabels with non capital letters disappeared? How these are special - all the other net labels are CAPITAL letters, why these other are not?

So what can do.

Do you update the schematic from the PCB or the PCB from the schematic? Can you show the actions mentioned in the ECO?
