3d measurement in altium

when i want to measure a 3d component i always get step and measure it in solidworks . i wanted to know that can we measure it in altium?

Yes, you can measure 3d objects in altium (not perfect, but works)

Altium can measure in 2D and keep clearance in 3D. If you want to measure in 3D, you need a 3D tool, like Solidworks.
