- Why? What did the chip manufacturer tell you?

If Broadcom doesn't want to support you by giving you access to these documents, I would not use that chip and found something where documentation is available and support accessible. Designing a board which is using a chip with not available or bad documentation and no support is risky.

Normally I would say start at the datasheet, but that is also not (publicly) available.
Perhaps it is like I have seen a couple of time now - you need to create an account for the support portal
