Schematic and symbol sheets are being created with text strings

Hi,
As said in the title, every time when I create a new symbol or schematic sheet, it is created with additional text strings, which is really annoying. How can I disable that?

1) I assume Altium.
2) The texts "0603', "50V" and "X7R" are parameters? If so, you can hide them. And your defaults could be set to show them (Altium defaults do not by the way)
3) The comment by default is shown.
4) Sheet symbols have the file name and designator set as show.
