  • Is Differenetial pair coupled in BGA area ?

    Hi Everyone,

    I reviewed one board , the two Differential pair which is high lighted routed (Red and Yellow) like below. is these differential pair coupled in Pin area . Kindly let me know any one. can you suggest anyone

    usually I try to be able to route a diff pair between the pads. If not possible, I try to fan out as soon as possible (e.g. in this case, I would probably try to go with yellow up ... maybe ... I don't know if this is a one big chip or multiple chips or if the vias can be removed or moved in that area).

    I don't know what are these interfaces, but if there is no other option, I would probably do it maybe like this
