USB5744 Hub design - polarity swapping

Hello, I designed USB hub with USB5744. My hub working but I think that it is working only in USB2.0 speed when I testing speeds.
I am confused about TX, RX polarity swapping. If I didn't do a mistake...
I don't use any custom configuration via SPI flash memory or SMBUS.


I swap polarity of the RX line only on the upstream USB connector. Could I have done it? Could I swap only RX lines and TX lines remained unchanged?

EDIT: I solved the problem. There was problem with my USB C-C cable.
