Solder mask sliver constraint

What is the minimum / recommended solder mask silver clearance . IT is showing DRC error even though the foot print is created by IPC footprint wizard.

When the footprints are created using the IPC compliant wizard, the pads have solder mask expansion set from rules, hence it depends how you set your expansion value rule in the particular PCB. You should check with your PCB manufacturer what expansion value you should use and what is the minimum solder mask sliver allowed. Some standard values, just as example are 0.05 - 0.1 mm solder mask expansion and 0.08 - 0.15 mm minimum sliver.
