what is the maximum current that could flow through certain track or via

Hello every one,
I want to know what is the maximum current that could flow through certain track or via, which parameters? What parameters affect on this issue? and is it any table to show ratio between track Width and maximum current that could flow through it?

When calculating take in mind the IR Drop and Temp Rise (If you take a thermal image, you wont like te see the via in red color )
